TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I hereby acknowledge that I am using the equipment and facilities provided by Resilient Recovery located at 2/9 Peel Street, Eltham, VIC 3095, herein referred to as "the Business." In consideration of being permitted to use the equipment and facilities, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that the use of equipment and facilities provided by the Business carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my use of the equipment and facilities.

Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Business, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while using the equipment and facilities provided by the Business.

Waiver of Claims: I waive any and all claims or rights to sue the Business, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur as a result of my use of the equipment and facilities.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold the Business, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims brought against them by third parties arising out of my use of the equipment and facilities.

Responsibility for Personal Property: I understand that the Business is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property while I am using the equipment and facilities.

Full Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and acknowledge that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing it.

Legal Capacity: I am of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this waiver of liability.
