Q: Will this help my legs recover after footy?

A: Absolutely it will! We work with over a dozen local footy teams to help them bounce back week after week.

Q: How many times per week should I come?

A: Look, to be honest, the more the better, but we also understand it can be a big time commitment on top of everything else, but if you have the time, try your best to stay consistent with at least once a week.

Q: Can I use the compression gear with bruising or a corky?

A: The Normatec recovery systems are FDA cleared devices that are safe for home use. Do not use Normatec if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Acute pulmonary edema

  • Acute thrombophlebitis

  • Acute congestive cardiac failure

  • Acute infections

  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

  • Episodes of pulmonary embolism

  • Wounds, lesions, infection, or tumors at or near the site of application

  • Where increased venous and lymphatic return is undesirable

  • Bone fractures or dislocations at or near the site of application

Q: Can I choose which things I use?

A: Yes you definitely can. We have a lot of our regular customers select which modalities they want to use, depending on how far out from a game they are etc. But to do our full, suggested protocol, allow 75 minutes.

Q: How much does a session cost?

A: Our sessions start from $40/75 minute booking.
