YOUR HOME FOR RECOVERY, REST AND REJUVeNATION
Why is recovery so important?
Being current sportsmen and very active members in the fitness space, recovery is the foundations of every single person who achieves high levels of fitness and success. To keep your body in optimal shape is the greatest advantage you can give yourself over your opponent.
Not an athlete or fitness enthusiast? Not to worry, ice baths are used by the corporate elite for optimising brain function and mental focus. It also keeps your immune system operating at its peak.
WHAT DO WE OFFER RIGHT NOW?
At Resilient, we offer a variety of recovery tools to create a customised protocol for each person, or just come in and enjoy one of our popular formats to enhance recovery and leave you feeling completely restored!
We have all the latest Normatec Compression gear, including leg, hip and arm attachments. So whether you’re a footballer, rugby player, tennis player, cricketer, baseballer, or triathlete, we have your compression needs covered.
Then as you walk through into our next room, you’ll get full use of our Contrast Baths and infrared saunas. Our contrast baths can be used as all ice baths, or we can create a contrast bathing experience. The contrast is very beneficial to stimulate blood flow and a flushing of toxin build up. Ice baths as a stand alone recovery tool also have HUGE health and recovery benefits, so you’ll need to experience that for yourself!
Our infrared saunas, hitting a toasty 65 degrees celsius will warm you to your core! With the deep penetrating heat waves of the infrared sauna, it will remove all the toxins trapped under the skin and encourage the body to remove it through the skin, which is the body’s biggest detoxifier.
